Matt Hardy Tired of Not Being Used Correctly(Detail Inside)

Matt Hardy posted the following on his Twitter account:

"As u know, I'm extremely passionate about my job--I give everything I have every time I'm in the ring. It's frustrating when its not enough. . . Gotta state this, I'm sick and tired of being `hurt,' being misused, & not being shown the respect that I've earned--something has to change."

* Smackdown opens up with the ring decorated in balloons, a pinata wearing a Rey mask hanging in the middle of the ring, red/white/green streamers, a table with champagne and servants with hor dourves. Alberto Del Rio comes out and talks about destroying Rey Mysterio. He takes a stick and hits the pinata. He says Rey is just like the pinata, a burro. Christian interrupts him and says he knows who he is, he's JBL - Juan Bradshaw Layfield. He says he's joking and knows he's Enrique Iglesias. Christian starts to sing 'Hero'. He tells Del Rio he saw what he did to his friend Rey and came out to confront him. Del Rio tells him to leave before he ends up like Rey. The two stare off but Del Rio tells him they'll meet another place and time. He leaves Christian in the ring, who is attacked by Drew McIntyre (Drew came through the crowd, he tried to jump the barricade but tripped and fell; that will be edited out). The two have a match which is now in progress....

* Christian pinned Drew McIntyre.

* Michelle McCool pinned Kelly Kelly. Layla El was on commentary.

* WWE Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler pinned Chris Masters.

* The Big Show defeated CM Punk and Luke Gallows in a handicap match. Punk nailed Gallows with the GTS after the match.

* The VIP Lounge is the All American American Lounge since Jack Swagger gets to host, since he beat MVP last week. Swagger comes out with his father, who is still in a wheelchair from the injuries Kane caused several months back. Swagger Sr. said that he was proud of his son and wants him to do pushups for a minute. Swagger is doing them when MVP comes out. They argue back and forth and Swagger Sr. falls out of the wheelchair. MVP tosses Swagger out of the ring and nails Swagger Sr. with the Ballin' elbow.

* Cody Rhodes pinned Matt Hardy. Before the match, Rhodes made fun of Hardy's appearances and said if anyone needed a tire, Matt has a spare.

* WWE World champion Kane cut a promo on the Titantron, saying he would defend his title at the Night of Champions and destroy the Undertaker once and for all. The Druids come out with a coffin. Kane pops out and says he was always the "other brother" and the "afterthought" but now the roles are reversed and Undertaker is in his shadow. Kane says Taker is weak and Kane saw his weakness when he left Taker comatose. Kane says their saga is over. Taker will be no more and nothing will stop him from destroying Taker. The lights go out and when they return, Taker is in the ring. The lights go out again and when they return, Kane is gone. Undertaker goes to the coffin and opens it but there's nothing inside. Kane appears on the Tron and promises he is going to destroy the Undertaker at the Night of Champions.

Anonymous WWE RAW General Manager Possibly Revealed?

Rumors are circulating concerning the return of Triple H, and Wrestling-Radio.com has been informed that the idea has been pitched to Vince McMahon to have him revealed to be Monday Night RAW's "anonymous" General Manager. McMahon has been quoted as saying that he wants "The Game" back on television in order to further strengthen the roster heading into the fall season. As of late, McMahon has blamed WWE's previous lackluster quarter on the retirements of Dave Batista and Shawn Michaels, as well as Triple H's injuries that have kept him off of television.

We MUST stress that this news should be treated as only a RUMOR at this point in time, as this has NOT been 100% officially confirmed in any way.

First Look : WWE Bragging Rights 2010 [HQ] Poster.

WWE Bragging Rights isn’t for another couple of months, but you can take a look at this seriously epic poster for now. It was just 48hours ago when I mentioned that the Hell In A Cell poster is one of the best I’ve seen in a while, and while it still is, this piece of coolness stands in line with it. WWE seems to be really improving with their poster work. Whoever is behind these new designs, kudos to them! We’re obviously not going to see the lineup shown on the poster at the actual PPV, but it makes for a cool imagining of what would happen if it did. In fact, I would rather have this baby as one of the covers for the SmackDown! vs Raw videogames.

I can only name a couple of mistakes that takes away from the poster a little. First, everyone seems to be staring-down the opposition’s foreheads, chins, or cheeks. The other thing is that Undertaker looks like he’s bored. And third, Randy Orton is way too badass to be standing second in line anymore. Sorry Cenation, but you gotta’ admit, it’s time for Cena and Orton to take turns at being first in line from now on…kinda’ like when Stone Cold and The Rock were two of the biggest, baddest names in the business.

Check out the poster below, and click on it to see it in full size.

Edge News: Moving to SD?, Film Gets New Name/Cast

Several readers have sent in word that WWE star Edge is on the featured talent on the SyFy website, which may foreshadow his move to the Blue Brand. You can view the site at http://www.syfy.com/smackdown/

Deadline New York, which is a film and entertainment blog, is reporting that Adam "Edge" Copeland's WWE Studios film "Chasing The Hawk" has a new name and several actors have signed on to the project.

The movie will now be called "Bending the Rules," and starring opposite Copeland in the film will be actor Jamie Kennedy of "Scream" fame. Also featured in the movie are Jessica Walter (“Arrested Development”), Jennifer Esposito ("Samantha Who?”), Alicia Witt (“Friday Night Lights”) and Philip Baker Hall ("Boogie Nights").

Major Update on WWE's Nexus Faction

As previously reported, WWE star and Nexus member Skip Sheffield will be out of action indefinitely due to a broken ankle he suffered at a WWE RAW house show in Hawaii.

As of right now, it remains to be seen if some sort of angle will be done on next week's 900th episode of RAW to explain Sheffield's absence.

It is also being said that there is already talk within WWE of doing away with the Nexus angle completely by October, but this has not been officially confirmed as of yet.

 Two Raw Superstars Fliming:

John Cena will begin filming his next WWE Studios film "Blood Brothers" in Albuquerque, New Mexico on 10/4. Cena will be playing Sam Cleary, a police officer and one of three brothers (the other two are a Bail Bondsman and a thief) seeking a reward the FBI has offered for the return of a kidnapped American billionaire being held in a Mexican dungeon. The film will mark the first production from WWE Studios in some time that wasn't shot in New Orleans and will be Cena's fourth WWE film.

Meanwhile, WWE began shooting the Edge film "Chasing the Hawk" in the New Orleans area earlier this month. Among the cast set for the film beyond Edge are Jamie Kennedy, Jennifer Esposito, Philip Baker Hall, Jessica Walter, and Alicia Witt. The original plan was for Edge to plays a lawyer trying to track down his stolen car. Kennedy is now playing that role while Edge will play a corrupt cop that Kennedy is trying to bring down when his car goes missing. Paul Giammatti was originally offered the role Kennedy is playing.

WWE Smackdown (Airing Friday 8/27 on MyNetworkTV):

* World Heavyweight Champion Kane b. Rey Mysterio in a no disqualification match. A kendo stick/Singapore cane was brought in the match as well as a chair. Kane ended up getting the pin to win the match. After the bout, Alberto Del Rio came out and told Mysterio he was like an old dog and someone should put him down and attacked him. He then hit Mysterio with a chair, slamming his arm into the steel ring post.

* The return of The Undertaker is plugged for later tonight.

* Dolph Ziggler b. Kofi Kingston via count out to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Kingston was over with the Fresno crowd and signed autographs earlier in the day.

* CM Punk b. JTG in a squash match after hitting the GTS then locking in the anaconda vice. After the match, Punk makes the Straight Edge Society get on their knees and tells them they better make Big Show lie in a pool of his own drool by the end of the night.

* Footage from last week (this Friday's Smackdown) is shown where Jack Swagger challenges MVP in a Jack Swagger Sr. Invitational. If Swagger wins, he gets to host an episode of the VIP Lounge. If MVP wins, Swagger has to cover his end of the summer party.

Jack Swagger beat MVP via DQ. There was a stipulation where the match was a technical match. MVP broke the stip and was DQ'd for punching Swagger. Swagger put MVP in the Ankle Lock after the match.

* A vignette is shown of "Dashing" Cody Rhodes shaving that is pretty funny.

* Alberto Del Rio b. a local worker via submission in a squash match. Del Rio drew a lot of heat.

* Big Show w/Kelly Kelly b. Luke Gallows w/Joey Mercury & Serena. Big Show wins with the knockout punch. After the match, Gallows is left by the other Straight Edge Society members.

* The Undertaker comes out to a tremendous pop, the biggest of the night and cuts a lengthy promo about Kane and the devil. Kane comes out and talks for a long time. The show ends with the two of them starring each other down with Undertaker in the ring and Kane at the top of the ramp.

Dark Match Main Event:

* World Heavyweight Champion Kane b. Jack Swagger & Big Show in a triple threat match that lasted about five minutes. After the match, The Undertaker came out and attacked Kane then Swagger went after The Undertaker. Kane retreated and Undertaker chokeslammed Swagger to end the show.
